Finger on touchphone using Automated Shift Callout
Written by Ashley Schatroph, Quality Improvement Coordinator, Staffing Services

Units at Chilliwack General Hospital, Mental Health East, and Public Health East that are scheduled in ESP will be the first to Go Live with ASC on May 1 at 5:30 a.m.

There will be onsite support at Chilliwack General Hospital throughout the week of May 1 in the computer lab. If you need assistance setting up your portal, or responding to a shift offer, come by and see us. You can also contact ASCme@fraserhealth.ca with any questions.

What can you do to prepare?

Check out FH Pulse to view our instructional videos, employee reference guide and open house schedule. You will also need to make sure that you log into your Employee Portal and set up your contact preferences.

To access the Employee Portal from work:

  • Go to myFHinfo. Log in using your network username and password.
  • Once logged in, click Request my Information and then select Automated Shift Callout Employee Portal (ASC). Log in using your network username and password.

To access the Employee Portal from home:

  • Navigate to go.fraserhealth.ca through internet explorer and click on myFHinfo icon (on the right hand side of the screen)
