The Clinical Quality & Patient Safety (CQPS) portfolio's Introduction to Lean Six Sigma course is ready to accept applications for the fall intake.

In last month's Beat article, we told you about an exciting opportunity to apply for a space in the Clinical Quality and Patient Safety (CQPS) portfolio’s Introduction to Lean Six Sigma course.

Lean Six Sigma is a fact-based philosophy of process improvement. This methodology focuses on a collaborative team effort to improve quality of services within an organization.

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the fall intake. Interested parties may apply by using the attached fillable PDF form.  Please complete and save the attached application form and e-mail it to paul.hopkin@fraserhealth.ca by Wednesday, August 30, 2017 6 p.m..

Our two fall cohorts are scheduled to start during the week of September 18th. Space is limited to a total of 16 students (maximum 8 per cohort) for the fall intake.
