Beat School Health Survey
Written by Communications and Public Affairs

We're launching a new School Health Survey to help us refresh our school health web information and resources. If you care for school aged children, we want to hear from you.

Do you provide health services to grade school aged children? Do you have children in grade school? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're launching a new School Health Survey to gather the input of health professionals, parents, teachers and school leaders across our region, in order to improve the school health information we share on our channels.

While we have an existing School Health section on our web site, we want to expand our resources to address all the health issues concerning children in grades K-7 that are important to you as parents and health care providers. We want to know: What information are your patients' families always asking for? What areas of school health are they most confused about? What are the hot topics and common myths?

We’re inviting you to take just a few minutes to complete our School Health Survey and make your voice heard. The survey is open until March 31, 2017.

This survey is open to Fraser Health employees and also to members of the public with children in Grades K-7, so feel free to invite friends and colleagues to participate. If you know someone with insight into school health, feel free to share the survey with this link:
