Eligible staff will begin receiving calls for short-term needs (less than 48hrs) using the new Automated Shift Callout (ASC) System throughout the coming weeks.

Staff are eligible for Automated Shift Callout (ASC) if they are currently scheduled by one of our Staffing Services Short Call Centres in Workforce Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP).

Eligible staff will begin receiving calls for short-term needs (less than 48hrs) using the new ASC System in the following three waves:

Wave 1 – Go Live:

  • April 24, 2017 at 5:00 a.m.
  • Abbotsford Regional Hospital, Chilliwack General Hospital, Fraser Canyon Hospital, Langley Memorial Hospital, Mission Memorial Hospital, Ridge Meadows Hospital, Peace Arch Hospital, and all Residential

Wave 2 – Go Live:

  • May 1, 2017 at 5:00 a.m.
  • Burnaby Hospital, Delta Hospital, Eagle Ridge Hospital, Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, Queen's Park Care Centre, Royal Columbian Hospital, Surrey Memorial Hospital (including satellites), and public health

Wave 3 – Go Live:

  • May 8, 2017 at 5:00 a.m.
  • Allied Health, Community, Home Health, and Home Support

To register and access the Employee Portal from home, navigate to through Internet Explorer and click on myFHinfo. Click request/change my information and then select Automated Shift Callout Employee Portal. Log in using your Network username and password.

The information entered into the Employee Portal will be used for short notice needs (less than 48hrs). If you need to make changes to your phone number used for pre-booking, please connect with your program clerk.
