Acute units at Queen's Park Care Centre, Burnaby, Delta, Eagle Ridge, and Royal Columbian hospitals that are scheduled in Environment for Scheduling Personnel will go live on May 29, 2017 at 5:30 a.m.

The first four waves went live with great success. Once this fifth wave is complete, over 80 per cent of eligible Fraser Health staff will be live with Automated Shift Callout.

There will be onsite support at Burnaby Hospital, Delta Hospital, Eagle Ridge Hospital, Queen's Park Care Centre, and Royal Columbian Hospital on Monday May 29, 2017. If you need assistance setting up your portal, or responding to a shift offer, come by and say hi!

What can you do to prepare?

You will also need to make sure that you log into your Employee Portal and set up your contact preferences.

To access the employee portal from work:

  • Open the Fraser Health intranet and click on myFHinfo. Log in using your network username and password.
  • Once logged in, click Request my Information and then select Automated Shift Callout Employee Portal. Log in using your network username and password.

To access the Employee Portal from home:

  • Navigate to through Internet Explorer and click on myFHinfo icon (on the right hand side of the screen).
  • Please note: If you are prompted for an RSA token or VPN, you’re logging into the incorrect area. Look to the right hand side of main page and you will see the myFHinfo icon.
  • Once logged in, click Request my Information and then select Automated Shift Callout Employee Portal. Log in using your network username and password.
