Allied Health, Home Health, Home Support and all Residential units that are scheduled in ESP will go live with Automated Shift Callout on June 5 at 05:30.
The sixth and final wave of sites will be going live with Automated Shift Callout (ASC) on Monday, June 5, 2017. These site include Allied Health, Home Health, Home Support and all Residential units that are scheduled in ESP (Environment for Scheduling Personnel). If you need assistance setting up your portal or responding to a shift offer you can contact ASCme@fraserhealth.ca with any questions. There will also be onsite support at most residential facilities.

You will also need to make sure that you log into your Employee Portal and set up your contact preferences.
To access the Employee Portal, login, and set up your preferences from home:
- navigate to go.fraserhealth.ca through internet explorer and click on the myFHinfo icon (on the right hand side of the screen)
- Please note: If you are prompted for an RSA token or VPN, you’re logging into the incorrect area. Look to the right hand side of the go.fraserhealth.ca main page and you will see the myFHinfo icon.
- Once logged in, click Request my Information and then select Automated Shift Callout Employee Portal (ASC). Log in using your network username and password.
