You can now access patient encounters and diagnoses information from Vancouver Coastal Health, Providence Health Care and Provincial Health Services Authority.

The Unified Clinical Information (UCI) Network is expanding. This expansion now provides you with  access to patient information from Vancouver Coastal Health, Providence Health Care and Provincial Health Services Authority.

The mid-October service expansion now enables you to view patient information from acute, outpatient, community, palliative and residential care areas of the above health authorities. In addition, you can view patient information from health care centres, clinics and rehabilitation centres from these health authorities.

Patient information can now be viewed for the following:

  • Health care provider encounters on a specific date
  • Patient's next of kin and emergency contact information
  • Patient diagnoses
  • Critical care indicators for methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) from the above health authorities

Further expansion of the UCI Network is coming next spring and will include clinical documents for Vancouver Coastal Health, Providence Health Care and Provinicial Health Services Authority.

The UCI Network brings together an integrated view of Fraser Health's patient information from Meditech and PARIS.
