Fraser Health Library Services now has access to over 500 new ebooks to support nursing and allied health staff and affiliated physicians.

Library Services already has over 4,600 books in our collection to support Fraser Health staff and affiliated physicians. Now, there are over 500 more ebooks available for instant, online access to information. Through three subscription services, the library’s ebooks are available at work or at home.

Focussing on nursing and allied health, the new Nursing Collection from Ebsco contains 550 ebooks, including clinical guides, evidence-based practice manuals, practical handbooks and professional development titles. They can be viewed on any Fraser Health networked computer or from home.

Other ebook resources include the OVID ebook and STAT!Ref collections which provides core health reference titles, as well as other services like evidence alerts and medical news. You can also download the STAT!Ref app on your mobile device and have access to our books anywhere, anytime.

Contact Library Services for more information or visit the new ebooks and Mobile Apps page for help creating accounts, getting home access, or downloading the apps.
