Help grow your nursing innovation ideas with up to $5,000 in grants.

Help grow your nursing innovation ideas with up to $5,000 in grants.

Providing quality care for patients, clients and residents is our top priority. That’s why a new innovation grant invites nurses to consider what practice changes can be made to enable nurses to provide care that strengthens our patient-centered approach to care.

This grant encourages you to share creative ideas. For example, how can we: improve communication across care teams and with our patients; do things differently in order to spend quality time with patients; or impact patient health outcomes?

All community, residential and point-of-care hospital nurses are eligible to apply. Be sure to include multi-disciplinary team members in your application.

The goal of the Nursing Innovation Grant is to:

  • Empower point of care nurses to bring forward ideas that will shape our system by doing things differently
  • Improve patient experiences
  • Strengthen quality of care for patients

Submission deadline: May 25, 2018.

Grant winners will be announced: June 28, 2018.
