Thursday, October 25 is the last day to register for the Patient Experience Conference. Fraser Health Board Member Cha’qua’wet – Willie Charlie will speak about the Future of First Nations Health and Wellness.
Patient advocates Derick Fage and Jim Murphy will lead a Patient Perspective Panel sharing their personal stories of health care challenges and the importance of involving patients in care planning.
Carolyne Neufeld, executive director of Aboriginal Health, will moderate a panel presentation discussion led by Indigenous Elders.
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Vancouver Hotel in Guildford from November 6 to 9. Single and multiple day conference tickets are available.
